We would like to take this opportunity to tell you how pleased we are with your products. Our 38 member companies have given Texas Lone Star Network the responsibility for monitoring our backbone transport network within the state of Texas.

DPS was chosen to provide the equipment necessary to accomplish that task. We purchased and DPS installed a T/MonXM unit in our Marble Falls Network Surveillance Center and a NetGuardian 832A unit at our POP located in Austin. Johnny Maldonado with DPS did an outstanding job of installing both units and training our staff during his week's stay in Marble Falls. The DPS technical support personnel also have performed exceptionally well whenever we call in for help.

We are about to install another NetGuardian in our Raymondville office and have identified at least three other locations where NetGuardians are needed. We are also encouraging our member companies to use your products. The Texas Lone Star Network has been very pleased with your products and services.
