Our annual Users Group concluded just last week. I'd like to thank everyone who attended for all of their new ideas and knowledge exchanged with fellow T/Mon users. Your input really allows us to focus our engineers on the right projects and enhancements.
It's always an exciting time when DPS Telecom enters a new market by creating a new product that - while it's deployed at sites where you might also use monitoring - performs a different core function. It's exciting for our existing clients, because they get to enjoy "the DPS experience" in a new area of their business. It's exciting for our new clients, because they have an opportunity to work with us where they never did before. It's also exciting for all of us here at DPS, because we get to work on new technologies and offer even better solutions.
This new-market excitement has reached new highs after the recent introduction and expansion of our VoIP Order Wire system. In just the last few days, I've talked to several clients who are very interested in establishing flexible voice communication at their sites.
