We are pleased to present a monitoring solution that will provide you with a significant improvement to your network alarm management system.

As you will see in this application, this solution addresses your vital concerns, including providing redundancy, eliminating obsolete platforms and increasing your monitoring reliability.

We have created two options.

The first option includes a single T/Mon NOC master station with NetGuardian G4s serving as the RTU. We've broken the NetGuardian G4's into four (4) sections. Though they have been separated this way its important to note they are the same unit, which provides for more efficient network deployment flexibility and sparing.

The second option will consists of the same equipment as in the first option. The second option differs in that we have included a second T/Mon NOC to be used in a HOT Standby configuration. By having both T/Mon NOC's setup in a redundant configuration your mission critical monitoring platform becomes inherently more reliable. This configuration also provides you with the ability to perform database changes on the secondary while the primary is actively monitoring your network.

Once the final deployment design has been selected we can modify the application accordingly to remove the modules that might not be required. IE: TL1 upstream responder to a TL1 alarm master.

We also quoted a DNP3 responder module to mediate alarms to the XA master.
