New Year's resolutions aren't just for losing weight and saving money. At DPS Telecom, our resolution is to keep evolving and growing, all while maintaining our standard of excellence (which saves YOU money over time). We're doing this by adding more trade shows to our annual lineup (more opportunities to meet with you face-to-face), more training classes in more places, and easier ways for you to roll out and configure your DPS gear. Here's what's happening this quarter:

New LCD menu installation without a PC

For any size roll out, training is a necessity - especially when you have a lot of sites and a big install team. But now, with the DPS Telecom HVAC Controller, installation is easy, with little training required. We have programmed our HVAC controller to handle all typical configurations right on the LCD display. With a simple guide, even the newest techs can install the HVAC controller (and they don't need a PC or network connection).

Of course, the web browser is still a standard feature and enables you to configure the more advanced settings. The HVAC Controller is the first DPS device that support LCD-only installs. Want to see it on another RTU? Call me at 1-800-693-0351.

Factory Training

As demand for our Factory Training course has grown, we have not only increased the number of classes offered, but also the types of classes offered. There's now a DPS Factory Training class for every schedule and skill level. This quarter we have two unique classes, both new to the Factory training lineup:
