Several years ago, DPS Telecom became ISO 9001:2000 certified. This involved the documentation of every key process throughout the company, plus systems that control the documentation.
More recently, we were visited by an auditor to verify our compliance with the newer ISO 9001:2008 standards. As expected, this process went very smoothly, and DPS Telecom is now ISO 9001:2008 certified.
If you've made a purchase from DPS or contacted tech support recently, you've probably been contacted about a client satisfaction survey. These surveys are a big opportunity for you to tell us what we're doing right and what we need to improve, a key element of our certification.
We take your survey responses very seriously, and each one is reviewed by top management. We've also worked to compress the length of our surveys. All of them can be completed in less than 60 seconds and are mostly multiple-choice questions. At the end, there is a "comments" box for you to write anything you wish.
