Discrete Point Module (DPM) Mounting
The DPM provides 16 discrete alarms, 4 analogs, and 2 controls.
Ordering Options
Discrete Point Module (Dial-up): 16 discretes, 2 controls, local RS232 configuration/monitor port, 1200 baud internal modem for remote configuration/monitoring/paging and alarm reporting. Can report to ASCII devices.
Discrete Point Module (Dial-up ASCII): Similar to "-0V" version of the DPM, equipped w/additional RS232 port for connection to ASCII device (i.e. PBX). T/MonXM, properly equipped can dial the DPM and establish a virtual link with ASCII device connected to DPM.
Discrete Point Module DPM 216 (Dedicated): 16 discretes, 2 controls, dedicated line reporting to DPS master.
Discrete Point Module DPM 216-TL1: Like DPM 216, plus a TBOS input and Transaction Language (TL1) output. TL1 attributes are programmed with T/DPMW software for Windows.
Discrete Point Module DPM 208 w/RS232 Interface or 202 Modem: This unit monitors dry-contact closures (Environmental Alarms, Door, Tower lights, etc.) and reports them to an IAM alarm management system. The DPM is equipped with 8 Alarm Inputs and 2 Control Outputs. It operates on -48VDC power.
DPM 416-S1 : dial-up, w/1 virtual chan / RS232, -24V: 16 alarm point (1 contact per alarm), 4 relay version of the dialup DPM. A dial-up user may establish a virtual connection with one virtual port on the device. Permits the same phone line to be used for both alarm monitoring and accessing other equipment. User definable com attributes via command line.
DPM 416-S2 : 2400 baud dial-up, w/2 RS232 virtual chan (optional -48V): 16 alarm point, 4 relay version of the dialup DPM with a 2400 baud modem. A dial-up user may establish a virtual connection with one of the two virtual ports on the device. Permits the same phone line to be used for both alarm monitoring and accessing other equipment. User definable com attributes via command line.
DPM 416 Connector Block: Provides screw lug terminals for alarm & control points. Includes fuse + power indicator.
