From my dealings with you personally, talking with your engineers, and calling in to DPS' technical support, my expectations are always surpassed. (I really appreciate how tech support calls back to check in on progress). Not only has everyone I've dealt with been extremely helpful and very knowledgeable, but also all have had a very upbeat demeanor. Maybe there's something in the water there in Fresno, or maybe your company is just so good that everyone has the same positive attitude.

With our network still in the chaos of start-up mode, it's refreshing to deal with a company like DPS and feel confident that all your needs will be taken care of, and taken care of professionally. In building our network, I've had the opportunity to deal with many vendors, with products all across the spectrum, and DPS seriously stood out as a well built company.
