Marshall DenHartog

As Director of Engineering, Marshall DenHartog is a key person in the development and innovation behind DPS' customer-based solutions. His primary goal is to make sure the customer gets exactly what they want.

Marshall explains, "I begin development with the fundamental assumption that the customer's primary concern is solving a problem.

This was evident in a recent problem brought to him by our technical support department. "The client identified a problem with the configuration just days before the target deployment date," Marshall states. "With the client providing the transmission unit for our testing, we were able to develop a solution that provided the expected modem protocol in just 14 hours.

Over the last 4 years, Marshall has developed many different solutions for our customers. "He is very versatile and energetic. If the customer wants to change something, he gets it changed." states Ron Stover, Director of Tech Support. "He looks at a project from all angles and knows all of the different programming languages.

His dedication and hard work are demonstrated in each of the projects he is involved with. He has a strong commitment to the goals and mission of DPS. "I want our customers to know that I am committed to building both a quality product and a quality company to stand behind it.
