President's Letter:
Faster Cycle Time = Quicker Innovations!

Robert A. Berry, CEO
Robert A. Berry, CEO

As DPS has grown, it has been more difficult to maintain our fast product development abilities. These are the very abilities that grew us from startup to INC 500 and beyond.

During 1999, I've made major changes to speed up our Product Development Cycle. I've added lots of automation to our assembly floor; built an RFI/EMI pre-compliance test lab; and am currently building our own sheet metal shop. All of these things will allow DPS to prototype new products even faster--and prototype speed is what drives product development speed!

To continue to offer you the best support in the industry, we are building an in-house knowledge database which will offer our techs and you (online via our website) support answers even faster than before.

Combined, all of this means that DPS will become the de facto Innovator in the Alarm Monitoring Industry in the next century--Count on it!
