I appreciate your efforts to support ITT Federal Services Corp. in resolving Alarm System unreliability caused by failures of the main Granger 8000 Alarm System Computer. Your ability to customize software to run on an IBM platform and communicate with our existing remote alarm units provided a very cost effective solution.

We found DPS to be very responsive in dealing with our customized application requirements. The system has been on line for two months and is viewed as a great improvement over the previous system as well as providing more capability than we had originally envisioned.
