In 2004, Joel began his career at DPS as a Quote Technician and CSR. Now, only a few years later, he manages the DPS sales force. "I always made it a point to review all my proposals," said Soto. "I enjoy the challenge of coming into work and learning something new everyday."

If Joel feels that custom engineering is needed to meet special requirements, he is the first person to draw up a plan and make sure everyone is on the same page.
