T/MonXM 4.7 User Manual

About this Manual

This manual is divided into three parts:

Part I

represents the installation and setup proce-

dures supported for T/Mon and IAM sys-

tems. See Section 1 for the T/Mon NOC

Hardware installation guide. For IAM-5

and T/MonXM Work Station hardware

installation, see Appendix M.

Part II

represents the Software Modules. This sec-

tion supports the software modules avail-

able in T/MonXM software. Some are stan-

dard, others are optional.

Part III

is the Appendix. Appendixes include tables

and other support details that may be

referred to in Parts I or II.

Document Number

This number appears in the lower left-hand corner of every odd-

numbered page. The UM stands for user manual, TMN is for

T/MonXM and ‘470’ is the software version and document number:

47 for T/Mon Version 4.7 and ‘0’ for the document number. Upon

the tenth revision to the 4.7 manual, the numbering will continue

with alphanumerical counting. (i.e., UM-TMN-47A, UM-TMN-

47B, etc.)

Note:

This manual is continually updated. DPS Telecom will make

every effort to provide software owners with the most current man-

ual as it becomes available. To assist us in supporting your manual,

please send in the registration card included with your equipment.
