President's Letter - January 2011

One of the first things I do at the start of each new year is review the previous year. In that respect, 2010 was a great year for DPS. We appreciate all of our clients that helped contribute to that success. We also received more than our fair share of last-minute orders that needed to be shipped before the end of the year, which - for the most part - we were able to accommodate.

We greatly expanded our client base, and worked on many longer term projects that will go into 2011 and beyond.

We also introduced new VOIP order wire technologies, DC & AC power switching, new perfect-fit RTU designs, and very-high-capacity building access systems.

Our internal systems and training processes continue to improve, creating efficiencies and quality improvement. Speaking of which, as some of you might recall, we became ISO9001:2008 certified.

We will be adding a few new people to the DPS team in 2011, so you might be talking to a few new voices.
