Reinier Completed the DPS Take-Home Challenge and Is Now a Full-Time Programmer for DPS Telecom
Reinier began working for DPS Telecom as an Entry-Level Software Programmer, immediately after graduating from CSU Fresno with a BS in Computer Engineering. He first learned of an opening with DPS Telecom through an ad. As part of the interview process, Reinier was given the DPS Take-Home Challenge. Reinier completed the simple web challenge and was called in for an interview.
The DPS Challenge Pays Off Big...
Not long after, Reinier was quickly recruited to be part of the DPS Telecom Engineering team. Those few hours of his personal time he spent working on the DPS Challenge allowed him to become a full-time programmer for DPS Telecom. His personal investment in the DPS Challenge definitely paid off. "I finished the DPS Challenge in about two afternoons. The Programming Challenge was a good investment of my time because it allowed me to apply what I learned in my programming courses," Reinier said. "It helped me get this great job! I really enjoy the environment, my co-workers and the projects that I get to work on."
