Chad Woskoski started as an entry level web developer and is now managing the Web Department. Learn about his success with DPS Telecom

Chad began working for DPS Telecom as a Web Tech, the day after he graduated from Fresno Institute of Technology with a degree in web programming. Because Chad was flexible and willing to learn new skills he was given the opportunity to work on high leverage challenging projects. With each project he took on he was able to expand his skill set and grow as an employee. To expand his skill set even more Chad made use of his personal time to learn skills that would help him advance within his career at DPS. He says "The basic training I received in school was valuable, but I still had a lot to learn. I read many books and studied different web programming languages; I was and still am, striving to take my skills to another level."

The DPS Web Department

After gaining more experience as a web developer Chad was able to advance into a top position within the web department. Chad has now been with the company for seven years and is successfully managing the MIS department! "I really enjoy the environment here at DPS," says Chad, "but most of all I love that I get the opportunity to interact with high level executives on a daily basis and help drive the future of the company. I enjoy the variety of challenging projects I work on every day."
