The world is becoming a greener place and companies are looking out for the health of their workforce. Europe is taking the lead with this their RoHS directive most electronics products must be compliant in order to be sold there. China is not far behind with their directive. These regulations necessarily impact OEM's and distributors that sell in (or wish to be positioned to sell) to Europe as well as European end users. The European deadline of July 2006 has passed and all products sold must be RoHS compliant.

DPS Has RoHS solution

As an international provide of alarm monitoring solutions, DPS has modified many of its products to be ROHS compliant. We have worked with our vendors to obtain RoHS certifications for parts that were already compliant, We have migrated our BOMs to parts that are compliant, and re-engineered products where parts were not crossable to RoHS. DPS is committed to the RoHS standard and all new products developed will be engineered for RoHS parts. RoHS certifications are available from DPS on request.
